"I am absolutely delighted with these DVDs. They really are worth their weight in gold. I firmly believe you cannot buy 'experience', but watching these superb productions must surely be the next best thing - Many thanks!"
John Moss

"I thoroughly enjoyed the Practical Cruising DVD and would recommend it wholeheartedly. I would definitely buy the next one."
Andrew Pope

"I am new to sailing so enjoyed the DVD, (watched it more than twice to pick up the tips.) Let me know when the next one comes out."
Tim Selwyn

"Excellent!"
Jack Parry

"Wonderful. I am very much looking forward to the next production."
Graham Woolfenden

"The DVD has been watched through several times. I am relying on the section on the rig to get myself back in order this season."
Mark Turvey

"Sat down and watched it as a family. Really enjoyed the film and have watched several times. We really liked it all. We will definitely purchase the next Practical Cruising DVD. When is it out?"
Rachel Bush

"I particularly enjoyed the sections on practical advice, Making Like Easier and Marina Manoeuvres, as I sail a 24 foot clinker built yacht, often single handed."
W.B.Johnson

"Essentially I enjoyed watching the DVD as a film and have watched it several times, particularly the practical bits. I thought that it was extremely well filmed which made the dynamics easy to understand."
Joan Swindells

"We found the DVD ‘excellent’. Very good boat handling tips, exactly what we wanted; we want lots more practical advice. Really good to have the principles explained and then to see them in practice. Particularly liked the heavily practical sections. We were out last weekend and were practising the use of springs."
Mr. Dymond

"Enjoyed it all very much. Watched it many times. Especially enjoyed the single-handed sailing bits, as I am a single-handed sailor. I felt that it was a ‘spotters’ video (train/sail spotter), and did exactly what it said on the tin. Absolutely going to buy the next one – please e-mail me on its release."
Glen Rowney

"Thoroughly enjoyed the whole thing and I have watched it more than once. I will definitely buy the next in the series."
Anthony Lynch

"The DVD was a good refresher to be watched many times."
Mr.Bones

"Really, really good, exactly what I needed. All the practical stuff was really useful – loved it. Loved the reversing section and found David really clear. I’ve been practising the technique. I will absolutely buy the next DVD."
Samantha Rossiter

"I loved all the boat handling stuff; it was brilliant. – more please, more. I’ve shown it to a friend who thinks it is excellent."
David Lewis

"I enjoyed it. It makes a good Christmas present; it is something to do in the winter!"
Doug Clark

"We watched as a group with the people who crew for me. Found the whole thing very interesting. Very hands on and easy to follow, it was like being on a boat and watching what was happening. I keep on looking at practical sections and I am using it as a reference book. I really like the Marina Manoeuvres section as when moving around in marinas it 'scares the hell out of me' so I really got a lot out of that section. Fantastic to see things in action, how things actually happen – rather than graphic diagrams in magazines, ‘far more useful than 1000 magazines’. I will most definitely be buying the next in the series."
Fergus Ryan

"It was fine - Just what I expected. I just bought it for the Marina Manoeuvres and Sail sections. That’s all it was bought for. Yes, I will be buying the next one for the practical stuff."
Steve Taylor

"I got it as a present. Living in the middle of London means that I don’t get sailing as much as I would like. What originally attracted me in the advertisement was 'sailing tips'. I bought it to learn and I have. Seeing all the practical stuff in action was 'fantastic'. I found the graphics around 'Prop Walk' and 'Sail Trim' really helpful. Telling what we were going to see, showing it and then repeating it, was excellent; not overly didactic but good teaching. I loved the style of the film; you felt you were on the boat with them; that made it a lot easier to learn. My final comments: Interesting, Watchable, Informative and exceptionally helpful for reference."
Graham Duddridge

"I really found it quite informative, as there isn’t much stuff on the market that illustrates practical experience (there seems to be lots on passage planning and on pilotage but not much on practical illustrations on how to sail). I really found all practical stuff useful."
Steve Barker

"Good and worth buying. Definitely worth the money. Actually seeing it on the water was very helpful and much more useful than a series of still pictures or, even worse, line drawings."
G.Hall

"I thought it was absolutely great. All very useful. I’ve played it repeatedly. I had a situation last week when mooring up and got it wrong – the bow blew off and I panicked. Now I realise, after seeing the film, what it was that I should have done. The practical demonstrations are excellent."
Peter Gorvett

"I have enjoyed it a lot and have watched it several times; about to watch it again! There was something for everyone; you can tailor it to what you want."
Vernon Groves

"The DVD is extremely well filmed and illustrated. It could not have been better."
John Foot

"An excellent way of learning and retrieving old bits of knowledge and information."
